iOS 4 Software Update!
Apple made and announcement they they will be launching the iOS4 Software Update to compatible iPhones. Their will be over 100 new features included in this free OS update, here are just a few key new features.
- Multitasking: This will allow you to run multiple applications on your iPhone without draining your battery or using too much system memory.
- Folders: This will allow you to organize your favorite apps with drag-and-drop simplicity. You can manage up to 2160 apps.
- iBooks: This app is an ebook reader and is a great way to browse and shop for all your favorite ebooks no matter what time of the day or night it is.
- Create Play lists: Now you can create custom play lists straight from your phone.
- 5x Digital Zoom: You can get an even closer shot of the things you love by zooming up to 5x.
- Tap to Focus Video: Now while you are shooting a video, just tap on the screen to choose where to focus.
- Faces and Places in Photes: Now you can view photos based on who’s in them and where they were taken.
- Home Screen Wallpaper: Now you can change the background of your wallpaper on your home screen.
- Gift Apps: You can send apps as a gift to friends or family members.
- Spell Checking: A built-in spell checker works in the Mail, Notes, and other applications.
- Wireless Keyboard Support: Pair a keyboard based on bluetooth wireless technology with your iphone.
